Ms. Hsu focuses her practice in the areas of income and transfer tax planning for high net worth families and their affiliated entities, including trusts, partnerships, corporations, and charitable organizations. She advises clients on how to minimize gift, estate, and generation-skipping taxes on the transfer of closely held business interests and other family assets. Ms. Hsu also works on corporate structuring for private businesses and probate and trust administration.
Prior to establishing her own practice in 2003, Ms. Hsu was an associate at the world's largest accounting firm, Pricewaterhousecoopers; during this time she researched and consulted corporate tax issues for Fortune 500 companies, such as Starbucks and Boeing.
Ms. Hsu is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association (Trust and Estates Section), and the Orange County Asian American Bar Association. She was a volunteer attorney at the Lakeview Senior Center in Irvine.

Vicky Chien

Ms. Chien focuses her practice on individual and family estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and guardianship agreements. Ms. Chien assists clients in achieving their long-term planning goals and protecting the futures of their loved ones.
Ms. Chien started her professional career in the education field as a 7th grade life science and health teacher in east Los Angeles. She has also previously held positions at Teach For America and the State Superintendent's Office in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chien practiced in the public sector in areas including disability and special education law, helping low income clients and youths receive the maximum services and benefits they are entitled to under the law. Her client-centered approach and passion for helping individuals in challenging situations enables her to develop personalized and comprehensive solutions to multifaceted problems. Ms. Chien's experience also includes working as a contractor at the Department of Justice where she assisted in complex litigation in order to protect consumers against telemarketing fraud.

Ms. Hsu previously held management positions for corporations such as Foxconn and EVA Airways.

Michiko Fujimori assists in the many aspects of our firm's operations. She is dedicated to ensuring the excellence of our firm's client services. Ms. Fujimori's previous professional experience includes ten years as a logistics coordinator at a Japanese trading company based in Long Beach. She is a long time resident of Orange County. She enjoys spending time with her family. Ms. Fujimori believes in the importance of being able to appreciate different cultures and takes a family trip to Japan every year to help her daughter experience Japanese heritage and values. As Mrs. Fujimori believes, being able to appreciate different cultures will also help children learn how to appreciate different aspects of life.
